Warranty?
Irrespective of from whom you have purchased the equipment (from EVO Medika or its authorised dealer) all our devices are covered by two-year Manufacturer’s warranty.

Why you have such comparatively low prices?
All the EVO Medika products are manufactured in Eastern Europe where traditionally high-quality but not very expensive industrial production is situated. Besides, EVO Medika has minimised its expenses on advertising having focused on the design and production quality. All the units are supplied to the Customers directly from the production facilities; you pay only for the product, not for marketing expenses on its promotion.

What determines the operating costs of your equipment?
Advanced technologies used by EVO Medika allow to considerably reduce operating loads on critical components of the devices which increases reliability of the equipment and service intervals.
As early as at the development stage we adapt the design of our devices so that the Users could perform the routine maintenance themselves. This feature, as well as simplified service procedures allow to operate the device for a long time without referring to professional service engineers. -
What is the lead time for your equipment?
The general lead time is from 15 to 60 days ARO depending on the current stock condition and production program cycle.
